The first thing where physical fitness begins is food. Foods rich in protein, vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates are very important. Eating a balanced diet keeps your mind and body strong and healthy. Regular exercise helps improve our muscle strength.
Exercise helps in a better supply of oxygen and blood flow throughout the body. We should exercise 20 minutes a day. Meditation is also an important part of a healthy life.
